Villa La Pineta
This tastefully furnished and comfortable villa is located in the village of Sant'Agata very popular location for holiday homes due to the salubrious air than one can breath and good restaurants where you can dine such as the famous restaurant Don Alfonso.
The Villa is within walking distance from the village center yet at the same time in a relatively quiet position. As soon as you access the gate to the property you have a first glance of the beautiful garden embellished with typical Mediterranean plants that surrounds the villa.
The property has different levels. On the ground level you have a spacious room that is divided in two sections, a section where you can dine and the living area.
On this same floor you have an equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From this floor you have some steps that lead you down to the laundry room (equipped with washing-machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron board) a small bathroom and a billiard room.
On the upper level you have a single room, the master bedroom a spacious bedroom with two double beds (wanting two small children could sleep in a double bed) and two bathrooms (one having hydro-massage shower). From this floor, a spiral staircase leads you to the last level of the villa where you have a double bedroom with a small bathroom with shower (no shower cubicle). Most of the rooms in the villa have access to garden areas. There is also a swimming pool and external kitchen with barbecue and a typical Pizza oven!
